You are welcome to read cold from the script OR present a monologue. Should you choose to do a monologue, it would be helpful to see you perform something from the late 1880s to early 1900s, like other Wilde plays (The Importance of Being Ernest, An Ideal Husband), Ibsen, Chekov, or any other play that is circa 1890-1915.

NOTE: If you attended the PATA Auditions this past April, you may feel free to skip the in-person auditions and send an email to the director, Alisa Stewart, put in the subject line "DORIAN AUDITIONS," and in the body of the email, please comment on who you are and for which role you wish to be considered.

January 18 - February 9, 2019. Shows are Thursdays through Saturdays at 7:30 p.m.; Sundays at 2pm with potential extension through February 23, 2019. Rehearsals begin on Monday, December 3 and run Sundays-Thursdays except for the week of Christmas (off).

This adaptation of Oscar Wilde's only novel will be presented immersively at the Beaverton Masonic Lodge. Immersive productions typically involve a slightly different toolkit from traditional proscenium shows. If you have film acting experience, it will come in handy. Pay ranges between $350-$800 depending on the size of the role.

Feel free to send any questions you might have to the email above. We appreciate your interest!
