COVID-19 Terms & Conditions

We're all in this together.

Experience Theatre Project has updated our attendance and ticketing policies to reflect our commitment to keeping artists, performers, audience members, and event staff safe. These policy changes are in effect through June 1, 2022, and will be reevaluated at that time.

COVID-19 IN-PERSON Attendance Policy
  • All ticketholders, regardless of age, are required to show proof of full COVID vaccination or a negative test result from a COVID PCR test (taken within 72 hours of performance time) for entry into our indoor performance spaces. “Fully vaccinated” means that ticketholders have received their vaccinations via Pfeizer, Moderna, or J&J, AND have been boosted. Audience members aged 18 and over must present a photo ID. Patrons under the age of 8, for whom there is no currently available vaccine, are not permitted to attend. All patrons, regardless of age, test results, and vaccination status, are required to wear masks inside the theatre at all times (expect when consuming food or beverages).

To enter any Experience Theatre Project performance, please bring a photo ID and one of the following:

    • Proof of vaccination – either your physical vaccination card, a picture/copy of your vaccination card (paper or digital is OK), or a digital vaccination record

    • The negative test results of a PCR test meeting the requirements stated above

    • Trained entry staff will review your proof of vaccination upon arrival. Ticket-holders will receive additional information about what to expect for the onsite check-in process as we approach event dates.

Ticketholder Options, Risks, and Updated Policies for Flexibility

Experience Theatre Project has created new policies for COVID-19 exchanges and refunds. Under the following circumstances, ETP will permit you to exchange your tickets to another date within the current production run or convert your ticket purchase to a donation if:

  • You or someone in your party has tested positive for COVID-19 during the 14-day period preceding the event

  • You or someone in your party is not feeling well during the 14-day period preceding the event and has exhibited symptoms consistent with COVID-19; or

  • You otherwise feel that you represent a significant transmission risk, e.g. you are caring for someone that has COVID-19 or is not feeling well.

  • Any such exchange, donation, or refund request must be made by contacting ETP 24 hours prior to the performance start time.

  • If you hold tickets for a performance that is cancelled or reduced in capacity due to government mandates, your seats may be rescheduled to a convenient time, or you may receive a refund, or opt to convert your tickets into a donation. In this event, you will be contacted by a member of our team so that we may understand your preference.

It is common knowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending an ETP event, all staff, crew, performers, company members, and audience members voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.  Please note that dates, programming, artistic, ticket policies, and COVID-19 safety protocols and requirements are subject to ongoing change or cancellation.  We will reassess this policy on an ongoing basis. We reserve the right to change, adopt and enforce safety measures as needed.

Failure to comply with safety procedures outlined by management may result in your denial of or removal from ETP performances or events.  You will not be eligible for a refund if you are denied access or are removed for non-compliance.
