Keys, Percussion/drums, and Guitar for Radiohead-Inspired Macbeth

Experience Theatre Project (Beaverton, OR) is seeking a lead guitarist, keyboardist, and percussionist/drummer for a bold new production of Macbeth, inspired by Radiohead’s sound and textures.

This production takes cues from Thom Yorke’s Hamlet compositions and Hail to the Thief, using live music as an atmospheric soundtrack rather than sung numbers. Think mood, movement, and cinematic energy.

What you’ll do:

• Learn and perform several Radiohead songs (list provided).

• Rehearse collaboratively with the director to adapt and layer tracks for stage movement and dance.

• Perform live during the show to create an immersive soundscape.

Schedule:

• Rehearsals start Nov 23, about 2x/week through Dec 21 (≈10 sessions).

• Break for holidays.

• Rehearsals with actors resume Jan 4, 3x/week (Sun–Thu).

• Tech: Jan 13–15.

• Shows: Jan 16–Feb 22 (Thurs–Sat 7:30pm, Sun 1pm).

• Subs OK for occasional conflicts.

Pay:

• $30 per rehearsal

• $75 per performance
